  • Item must include original packaging and accessories.
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” due to hygiene, personal care, or consumable nature cannot be returned (this will be noted on product pages).
How to Request a Return
  1. Email us at support@relaxingnook.com with:
    • Order number
    • Item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return address.
Refund ProcessingOnce your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.If approved:
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect depending on your bank.
Incorrect / Damaged ItemsIf you receive a defective or incorrect item:
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the product + packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Fees
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free.
  • For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
